摘要
阐述了ZA型喷气织机喷气引纬控制系统的主要设计原理及其特性,并对该引纬控制系统及气源、喷嘴、调压阀和储气罐等主要部件的结构特点和参数进行了改进 改进后该系统降低了操作工的劳动强度,减少了织疵,提高了织物质量,实现了高速、宽幅、多色、优质生产.
The basic design principles and characteristics of air leading weft control system of ZA air jet loom(AJL) is discussed,with the focus on the analysis of the structure requirement and design method of the air leading weft control system as air nozzle,and such major parts regulating valve and air reservoir.With the introduction of ZA air jet loom into the air leading weft control system,labour intensity has been reduced,weaving defects decreased,and the quality of the fabric improved,resulting in speed and quality production as well as wider and more colourful fabric.
