摘要
对６５例乳腺癌改良根治术进行分析，其中ｐａｔｅｙ术式３０例，Ａｕｃｈｉｎｃｌｏｓｓ术式３５例，占同期乳腺癌手术５７．０２％。术后近期并发症２３．１％。术后随访率９２％，＜５年总生存率８１．６７％；５～１０年总生存率７６．９２％。认为临床Ⅱ～Ⅲ期乳腺癌可根据具体情况选择改良根治术，同时配合化疗、放疗等综合疗法，同样获得较满意效果。
ixty─five cases of modified radical operations for mammary cancer
wereanalyzed,among which 30 cases were conducted by Patey ways and 35 caseswere by
Auchincloss,covering 57.02 percent of the operations for mammarycaneer at the same
period.Complications occurring promptly after operationwere 23.1 percent.Post─operation
follow─up survey rate was 92 percent.Totalsurvival rate was 81.6 percent in less than five
years.From five to ten years,thetotal survival rate was 76.92 percent the third period mammary
cancers can bechosen according to clinical practice,Satisfactory results can be obtained
bycombined treatment with radiation therapy and chemotherapy.
