摘要
分析颅内肿瘤８４例，发现额叶多发，占２３．８％；胶质瘤最多，占５１．２％。误诊率为２８．５％。６１例手术治疗，２３例非手术治疗，手术病死率为９．８％。文中着重对颅内肿瘤的误诊、临床表现与ＣＴ的关系、脑血管造影的必要性及手术治疗问题进行了讨论。
Eighty─four cases of intracranial tumor were analyzed.It was found that such kind ofdisease
mostly came on the frontal lobe,covering 23.8 percent,most of them were gliomas,covering 51.2
percent.The misdiagnosing rate was 28.5 percent.Operations were carriedout on 61 cases,not the
rest.Problems discussed here were the intracranial tumormisdiagnosis,relation between clinical
manifestation and CT,the necessity of cerebralangiography and the operative treatment.
