摘要
将去除大部分3’端非编码区的LDL受体cDNA片断插入pSVL质粒,获得重组质粒pLDL RN,并在LDL受体阴性的中国仓鼠卵巢细胞CHO 7a-1细胞中获得表达。表明3’端非编码区对LDL受体基因表达并非必不可少。
A plasmid pLDL RN, recombined by insertion of plasmid pSVL with LDL
receptor cDNA fragment lacking most of its 3′ non-coding sequence, was expressed by LDL
receptor negative-CHO 7a-1. It is apparent that the 3′ non-coding sequence is not absolutely
necessary for the expression of the LDL receptor gene.
