SOD对鼠冷冻伤脑水肿的保护作用 被引量:2

Protective Effects of Superoxide Dismutase on Cold-induced Brain Edema in Rats

摘要 用电子自旋共振技术(ESR)及自旋捕捉剂(PBN)直接检测冷冻伤及伤后应用SOD、甘露醇治疗的脑组织自由基动态改变;同时检测丙二醛(MDA)、SOD活性及脑组织水含量。结果治疗组和对照组相比,自由基、MDA、水含量明显降低(P<0.01)。SOD含量回升(P<0.01);SOD比甘露醇疗效更显著(P<0.05)。提示SOD、甘露醇都有抗自由基作用;超氧阴离子自由基O_2^(?)在病理性自由基反应中具有重要作用。 Electron spin resonance(ESR)and spin trapping agent-PBN were used to measure free radicals in brain following cold-induced injury and after treatment with SOD and mannitol.The levels of MDA and SOD in brain and water content were also determined. In comparison with control grpup,treatment with SOD or mannitol caused a marked reduc- tion in concentrations of free radicals,MDA and water content(P<0.01).Howener,There was a significant increase in the levels of SOD in brain of the treatment(P<0.01).SOD was better than mannitol(P<0.05).These results demonstrated that free radicals and lipid per- oxidation are involved in the causation of cerebral edema following cold-induced in jury.Both SOD and mannitol are effective in the treatment of cerebral edema.The higher potency of SOD suggests that superoxides might play an important role in the pathogenesis of the condi- tion.
