摘要
随着对环境的了解的不断增加,越来越多的人认识到贸易自由化必定对环境造成一定的影响。贸易保护主义者混淆环境保护与贸易保护和贸易自由化的关系,乘机设置各种贸易壁垒阻止外国产品进入其国家。其实这些贸易壁垒既不利于贸易自由化带来社会财富最大化的现实,也没有理论依据。
With the increase of understanding environment, more and more people think that trading liberalism will influence environment certainly and result in environmental pollution certainly. But the trading protectionists confuse the relation of the environmental protection and trade protection and trade liberalism. They seize the opportunity to establish same kind of trade barriers to prevent other counter's products getting into their countries. In fact that the environmental barriers do not agree with trading liberalism that international trade brings the social wealth, and have no international trade theories basis.
