摘要
研究了22头黑白花奶牛分娩后前7d 初乳蛋白各组分浓度的逐日变化以及初乳蛋白对7头新生公犊.生长的影响。结果表明:初乳蛋白各组分浓度呈逐日递降趋势;初乳总蛋白(TP)、酪蛋白(CN)和乳清蛋白(WP)浓度递降率分别为100,0.25和1.15;初乳乳清中 x-乳清蛋白(x-LA)、β-乳球蛋白(β-LG)、免疫球蛋白 G(IgG)、血清白蛋白(SA)和乳转铁蛋白(LF)浓度递降率分别为1.03,0.98,1.27,1.46和1.30.新生黑白花公犊生长速度与其摄入初乳蛋白水平密切相关.
The dymanic changes of protein components in colostrum of 22 postpartum Holstein cowsand the growth of 7 neonatal calves fed colostrum were studied.The results showed that the concentration ofcolostrum protein decreased rapidly with successive milkings.The changes tendency accorded with Y=AX^(-b)(where:Y,parameter measured;A,protein concentration at postpartum;X,days of post partuvition,and b,the rate of concentration d(?)reased).The b of total protein,whey protein and casein in colostrumwere 1.00,1.15 and 0.75,respectively.The b of x-lactolbumin,β-lactoglobulin,immunoglobulin G,scralbumin,and lactroferrin in colostrum were 1.03,0.98,1.27,1.46 and 1.30,respectively.There was aclose correlation between growth rate and protein fed in calves.The relationship between mean daily gain(MDG) and proteins fed in calves accorded with Y=A+bx (where:Y,parameter measured;A,a con-stant;b,a relative gain rate,and x,protein quantity fed).
