摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法可检测到甲黄隆在土壤中的最低含量为2ng/g,平均添加回收率为90.36%,在土壤中的消解半衰期为28d 左右,到麦收时(喷药后139d)的最终残留量为3.4~4.3ng/g,消解率为98.73%~99.26%。
Metsulfuron belongs to a new type of high performance,low toxicity,broad-spectrum andgood selectivity sulfonyl urea herbicide.This paper presents the method for residue determination ofmetsulforon in wheat field soil by HPLC,using ODS-C_(18)25×0.3cm I.D.column,with mobile phase of75% methanol/water,1ml/min.The eluant was detected by UV absorption at 235nm.The detectablelimit was 2ng/g.The recorvery for residue determination of extracts from soil was at the everigy of 90.36%.The field experiment results showed that the degradation of metsulfuron was slower.The halflives ofmetsulfuron in soil were 26~28 days.
