摘要
研究设计了干法粉磨用大电流迅变脉冲粉体静电干扰装置。以Pspice对开关器件IGBT进行模拟仿真,建立了精确的器件模型,模拟仿真了主电路的脉冲充放电过程,有效指导了该装置的真实电路设计。实验测试了不同额定电流IGBT的耐迅变电流冲击参数,当线路输出负载为2Ω、3μH时,可以得到200Hz以下近300A迅变脉冲。
In order to research and design the transient large current pulse equipment which is used for dry mill equipment to interfere the electrostatic condition was designed.The Pspice simulation software has been utilized to simulate on the IGBT switch device which is important parts of the equipment circuit so that the reasonable IGBT model is founded which coincide with the device handbook. The simulation hereby goes on the main circuit of charge and discharge of the speedy large current pulse so as to guide the design of the virtual circuit. After testing the endurable voltage and current values of various rated current of IGBT modules, the equipment with the suitable module could generates below 200 Hz of 300 A transient current pulse when the output load is in 2 Ω and 3 μH.
