用二次回归分析进行水泥熟料强度预测与率值确定

摘要 用回归分析方法研究了宁国水泥厂水泥熟料强度与 KH、SM、IM 三率值之间的关系。结果表明:熟料28d 强度与 KH、SM、IM 的线性关系较差,而用二次回归分析可得较为满意的回归方程。本文还对根据二次回归方程确定工艺参数(即熟料的三个率值)的方法进行了讨论。 The relationship between the strength of cement clinkers from Ningguo Cement Plant and the three moduli,KH,SM and IM,was investigated by using regression method.The results indicat- ed that the 28d strength of the cement clinkers was not strongly related to the three moduli in terms of the linear correlation,while a regression equation which can predict the 28d strength satisfactorily was obtained by using quatratic regression.The method based on the quatratic regression equation to select technological parameters,i.e.,the three moduli of cement clinkers was also discussed.
