摘要
患者应用羟基磷灰石微粒人工骨种植后,进行1个月～2年的随访,认为该材料具有骨生长诱导作用,能有效防止牙槽骨继续吸收,且能与骨界面发生骨性融合,是增高牙槽嵴较理想的种植物。并对手术要点、术后并发症及预防措施加以总结。
Seven patients were followed up for a period of 1-24 months after mandibular alveolar ridge augmentation with hydroxyapatite(HA).HA was proved to be an ideal implant material with its prevention of alveolar bone from continuong absorption and good osteoconduction and osseointe- gration.The surgical procedures,postoperative complications and their prevention are discussed, too.
