摘要
钻井过程中,事故发生前绝大多数情况下都有某些征兆,表现出相应的信号变化特征,出现事故征兆到事故的发生往往时间间隔很短。因此,有效地分析和处理这些信息,建立它们与系统运行状态之间的相互联系可以及时进行故障识别,防止事故的发生。文中利用灰色关联分析法,对钻井过程中在线故障识别方法进行了探讨。
In most cases, there will be corresponding signal phenomenon before drilling trouble occur. The time interval from phenomenon appears to trouble occur is very short. Therefore, using correlative theory and methods of fault detection and diagnosis can prevent drilling trouble. This paper introduced the method of on-line faults diagnosis by using gray correlation analysis method.
