摘要
为满足水利经营管理评价的需求,建立了水利企业经营绩效综合评价的TOPSIS模型,并基于2003年全国30家典型水利企业4项经济指标的原始数据,用该模型对水利企业经营的绩效进行了综合评价和排序,得到了初步的评价结果。这对企业决策者及时调整经营策略,具有一定的参考价值。
In order to meet the requirement of evaluation on management performance of water conservancy enterprises, a comprehensive evaluation model titled TOPSIS was established. On basis of original data including four economic indexes of thirty representative water conservacy enterprises in our country obtained in 2003, this model has been applied to evaluate and to array the management performances of these enterprises. This text provides useful reference data for decisionmaking units of water conservancy to adjust business strategy in time.
