摘要
社会主义市场经济的建立,给我国的教育事业带来了前所未有的发展机遇,职业教育领域也将发生深刻的变化,特别是中等职业技术教育。建设一支高素质的中等职教师资队伍,是职业教育进一步改革和发展的基础和保证。只有把握机遇,迎接挑战,创新机制,加快发展的步伐,才能努力开创职业教育的新局面。本课题组分析了我国中等职业教育师资的发展现状及存在的问题,提出应积极凭借全国职教师资培训基地的优势,多渠道的为我国中等职业教育培养高素质的师资力量的对策。
The paper analyzes the status qua of the development of the secondary vocational teachers in our country and existing problems. It puts forward the countermeasures to cultivate high quality teachers in secondary vocational schools by making full use of the priority of the training base of China's vocational teachers.
