摘要
本文研究了钪(Ⅲ)-二溴苯基荧光酮(DBPF)-氯化十四烷基二甲苄基铵(Zeph)三元配合物的形成条件及其分析应用,配合物的分子组成比为Sc(Ⅲ):DBPF:Zeph=1:2:2。提出了高灵敏的分光光度法,用于混合稀土氧化物中微量钪的测定。氧化钪量在0~12μg/25mL符合比尔定律。λ_(max)=560nm。表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.72×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。
A new and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of Scandiumhas been developed. In the presence of Zephiramine chloride (Zeph), Sc(Ⅲ) withdibromophenylfluorone (DBPF) to form a clolred ternary complex exhibit maximumabsorption at 560 nm. By means of methods of equimolar series and tangent ratio, thecomposition of Sc(Ⅲ)/DBPF/Zeph are established to be 1:2:2. The molar absorptivity is1.72×10~5·1·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed in the range 0~12μg/25 mL for Sc_2O_3.The large amounts of Rare Earths can be separated by extracion.
