在社会转型新的历史时期,胡锦涛同志提出"三个为民"重要思想,进一步深化当代公仆的本质理论,是贯彻"三个代表"重要思想的具体要求,是对我们党执政规律的新探索,是当代公仆的价值准则。
During the social transferring period, comrade Hu Jintao has put forward the important theory of 'Three issues for people', which deepens the essential theory of modern public servant. Hu's theory could be seen as the concrete requirement of'three representations', the new exploration of the administrative rules of Chinese Communist Party as well as the value norm of the modern public servant.
