摘要
目的总结原位肝移植围手术期处理的临床经验。方法对我院2003-04～2004-04开展的4例原位肝移植临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果4例患者肝功能均恢复正常,生活质量良好,2例患者乙肝HBsAg转阴。结论完善的手术技术、围手术期个体化治疗原则、严密监测以及并发症的防治及处理是肝移植成功的关键。
Objective To sum up the clinical experience of perioperative management of orthotopic liver transplantation in 4 cases. Methods The clinical data of the 4 cases of liver transplantation from April, 2003 to April, 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Result The recovery of liver graft function was good in the 4 patients.Their life quality was good.HBsAg became feminine in 2 cases.Conclusion Perfect surgical techniques, the treatment principle by individual, comprehensive monitoring and management during perioperation are key points for success of the liver transplantation.
