摘要
目的探讨成人眼肌麻痹的病因及有效治疗方法。方法对我院2001-10～2003-08收治的20例(23眼)成人眼肌麻痹患者资料进行回顾性分析。其中,针对病因,外伤者采用脱水剂、激素、抗生素、神经营养剂、高压氧治疗;脑梗塞者采用扩张血管、抗凝、控制原发病和药物无效者用手术、三棱镜矫正的方法处理。结果20例(23眼)成人眼肌麻痹中外伤所致7例,脑梗塞7例,炎症3例,其他3例。其中14例药物治愈,2例好转,3例手术,1例配戴三棱镜复视消失。结论外伤、炎症、脑梗塞是成人眼肌麻痹的主要原因。针对不同病因综合治疗,可缩短病程,提高治愈率。
Objective To study the causes and effective treatment methods of adult extral ophthalmoplegia.Method The causes and managements of adult extral ophthalmoplegia in 20 patients(23eyes)were retrospectively analyzed.According to different causes of the disease different therapies were taken: traumatic ophthalmoplegia was treated with steroid,dehydration and anti-inflammation medicine;for the patients of cerebral infarction,the primary diseases were treated firstly;when the medi-cines not responsed, them were subjected to the surgery or the strabismus correctness.Results The causes in 20 patients(23eyes)of adult extral ophthalmoplegia were follow:the traumatic in 7 cases,of them the cerebral infarction in 7cases, inflammation in 3 cases, other in 3 cases.Among the 20 patients 14 were cured by drug,2 improved, 3 corrected by strabismus surgery operations,1 was corrected by telebinocular.Conclusion Traumatic, inflammation,cerebral infarction were the main causes of the adult extraocular muscle palsy,the treatments based on the causes of diseases could shorten the diseases progression and improve curative rate.
