针对我国根据AAR -S42 0 0标准移植的《有线电控空气制动系统 (ECP)技术规范 (讨论稿 )》 ,结合我国铁路货运列车的实际工况进行综合分析 ,提出与“规范”
Aiming at the technical specification(discussed draft)of the cable-based electrially controlled pneumatic brake system(ECP)that is transplanted to our country according to AAR-S4200 standard,the actual operaton mode of the railway freight cars in our country is analyzed synthetically.The academic view of seeking common points while reserving difference with'criterion'is put forward.
