摘要
采用文献资料法,为探索提升中国城市信息化水平的途径,对"科技奥运"与中国城市信息化发展的关系进行分析。研究发现,科技奥运是城市信息化发展的助推器,城市信息化是科技奥运的试验场,两者具有互动关系。建议:(1)建设数字北京,发挥城市信息化领头羊的作用;(2)用信息化提升综合竞争力,使信息技术成为城市发展的重要动力;(3)加强信息基础设施建设,提升城市信息化的竞争力;(4)大力发展信息服务业,提高城市信息化的整体水平;(5)加速产业信息化和企业信息化进程,推进城市信息化向纵深发展;(6)加快体制创新步伐,建立有序公平的市场竞争环境;(7)高度重视人才的作用,提高领导干部的信息化素质;(8)建立政策法规体系,统一规范城市信息化建设。
Based on literature study, in order to find a way to further promote the level of urban informatization in China, the thesis analyzes'the Olympic Games with science and technology'and the development of urban informatization. The study shows that Olympic Games with science and technology and urban informatization has a mutual interactive relationship that the former is a boost motor of the later, while the later becomes a testing site for the former. Suggestions: 1) To construct a digital Beijing and exert the leading role in building info cities. 2) Raise comprehensive competitive ability with informatization, making IT an important power in the development of cities. 3) Strengthen the construction of information infrastructure to raise the competitive ability of cities. 4) Pay more attention to the development of information service business and raise the overall standard of urban informatization. 5) Speed up the course of urban industrial informatization and enterprise informatization to promote a deepened progress of urban informatization. 6) Accelerate the system innovation to establish a ordered and fair environment for market competitions. 7) Pay attention to elite persons and improve the information quality of executive leaders. 8) Establish rules and regulations system to unify and normalize the construction of urban informatization.
