摘要
采用文献研究法 ,对体育经纪的实质进行探索 ,认为体育经纪的实质为委托、居间、代理。在认定体育经纪实质的基础上 ,从民法学的角度对其相关问题进行了分析 ,以为体育经纪实践提供参考。
By researching the documents,we study the essence of sports brokerage and draw the conclusion that the essence sports brokerage are commission,mediation and agency. In order to guide the practice of sports brokerage and accelerate the development of it,we analyze the essence from the civil law on the basis of definition the essence of sports brokerage.
