摘要
本文主要分析了磨削中的尺寸效应，从断裂力学的基本原理出发探讨了尺寸效应产生机理，提出了单位磨削力随切深变化的理论关系式：Ｆ＝Ｋ（１／ａｐ）＾δ讨论了尺寸效应对磨削力方程中系数Ｋ和ε的影响，对磨削力方程进行了修正，并通过试验进行了验证。
This paper deals with the size-effect in grinding. Based on the principle of frac-ture mechanics, the relationship between specific gringding force and depth of grinding is estab-lished: F = K (l /a_p)~δ, and the affect of size-effect on the coefficient K and ε in grinding force func-tion is analyzed. Furthermore the gringing force model is modified from the viewpoint of size ef-fect.
