摘要 Anderson和Parrish所描述的选择性光热解效应奠定了激光在非消融性皮肤美容外科的应用基础。随着相应技术的发展,非激光系统在美容外科中的应用也日益广泛。对生物组织选择性光热解效应作了评述,并提示伴随着研究的深入开展,激光和非激光系统在皮肤美容外科有更加广阔的应用前景。 The applications of lasers in aesthetic nonablation surgery are based on selective photothermolysis described by Anderson and Parrish. Nonlaser systems are now more and more used in aesthetic surgery. In this paper, we briefly review the mechanisms of selective photothermolysis. There will be more applications prospest of laser and nonlaser systems for aesthetic surgery in future.
