摘要
目的分离、鉴定过山蕨 (ComptosorussibiricusRupr )乙醇提取物中的化学成分。 方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、制备薄层色谱法等进行分离纯化 ,并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定了它们化学结构。结果分离得到 7个化合物 ,分别为腺苷 (1)、环辛硫 (2 )、2 ,2′ 二硫二苯并噻唑 (3)、尿嘧啶 (4)、D 甘露醇 (5 )、卫矛醇 (6 )、赤藻糖醇 (7)。结论化合物 1~ 5及化合物 7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the ethanol( w =0.7)extract of the whole herb of Comptosorus sibiricus Rupr.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column and identified on the basis of physico chemical constants and spectral analysis.Results Seven compounds were isolated as adenosine(1),cyclooctasulfur(2),2,2′ dithiobisbenzothiazole(3),uracil(4), D mannitol(5),galactitol(6),erythritol(7).Conclusion Compounds 1~5,7 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
