摘要
本文通过对目前已实施的试读制、重读制、二次试读制、辅修制等系列措施及其实践效果的分析 ,对于弹性学制的意义作了论述。特别是在保障教育质量 ,培养合格的本科学生 ;夯实基础 ,培养适应社会需要的人才 ;促使个性发展 ,有利于因材施教 ;增强学生的自我管理能力 ,调动学习积极性等方面的作用作了明确的阐述。通过本文 ,对于我院实施弹性学制的基础工作有了一定的认识。
From the analysis of the practical effects of the trial studying system, repeating studying system, repeating trial studying system, minors studying system and other measures, this paper discusses the significances of the elasticity university system. We discusses about utility of these measures in ensuring development; enhancing student's ability of independent studying; mobilizing student's initiatives of studying. The situation of carrying out the elasticity university system in our institute is showed.
