摘要
指出清洁生产已被证明是优于污染末端控制 ,且应优先考虑的一个环境战略。采用清洁生产工艺 ,是企业实现达标排放、总量控制 。
In the paper,it points out that clean production has been proved to be an environmental strategy which is not only superior to the end control of pollution,but also needs to be considered with first priority.The use of clean-produciton process is the key to the total emission control,thus making emission up to the standard and realizing the control of pollution finally.
