摘要
学科建设是高等学校长期的根本性的战略任务,如何加强学科建设需要战略思维,战略思维的灵魂是实事求是。新建地方本科院校的学科建设应该根据学科建设的规律和学校的社会职责与办学实际,确立有别于重点大学学科建设的理念:学科建设与人才培养紧密结合;学科建设为地方经济社会发展服务;学科建设应坚持"有所为,有所不为"。
Subject construction is a long- term fundamental strategic task in higher institutes. To be practical and realistic is the spirit of strategic thought that is needed to strengthen construction. Subject construction in newly - built institutes should be based on the regularity of subject construction, social duty and the objective reality. A chief concept should be formed that the subject construction in the key universities is different from that in the newly-built local institutes. The right concept includes the following points: subject construction should be combined with talent - training; subject construction should serve the development of the local economy and society;subject construction should insist on 'focus of task. '
