摘要
中央《一号文件》对现阶段我国农民增收问题作出了战略部署。现阶段农民增收问题相当复杂 ,表现在农民增收问题性质复杂 ,农民增收难的原因复杂 ,解决农民增收问题的措施复杂。因此 ,既要保持清醒头脑 ,作好长期奋斗的思想准备 ,又要坚定信心 ,真抓实干 ,力争实现农民收入的较快增长。
No.1 Article of the Party Central Committee has shown the strategic arrangement for peasants' income increase nowadays. The problem of peasants' income increase is very complex, which reflects in following aspects such as the nature, reasons, counter measures for peasants' income increase. Thus we should not only keep clear headed, ready to struggle in a long period of time but also strengthen our conviction and work energetically so as to realize the faster increase in peasants' income than before.
