摘要
目的 建立阿昔洛韦片的溶出度检查方法。方法 采用紫外分光光度法。结果 阿昔洛韦片浓度在 1 9～ 9 6 μg·ml 1范围内有良好的线性关系 (r=0 9990 ) ,平均回收率为 99 9%。结论 方法快速、准确 ,可作为阿昔洛韦片的溶出度检查方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine the dissolution of Aciclovir tablet.METHOD Dissolution of Aciclovir tablet was determined by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry.RESULTS Aciclovir concentration presented a good linear correlation within the range of 1.9-9.6 μg·ml -1 (r=0.9990)with the average recorery of 99.9%.CONCLUSION The method is rapid,accurate,and suitable to determine the dissolution of aciclovir tablet.
