摘要
讨论了DSM公司生产的K7341A三元乙丙胶料的结构特征,以及这些特征对密封条用海绵胶的加工及制品性能的影响。与用于海绵胶的传统EPDM相比,K7341A具有分子量很高,专利化的可控长支化链结构,乙烯含量中等,ENB含量较高的结构特点。利用这些特点,可以得到具有特定要求的海绵胶配方,并且对K7341A在海绵胶、接头胶配方上的成功应用作了总结,对它的进一步应用前景作了介绍。
Structural characteristics of DSM Keltan K7341A and its effect on processing and product properties of automotive sponge sealing system are investigated.Compared with traditional EPDM for automotive sponge,K7341A has high molecular weight,patent Controlled Long Chain Branching (CLCB) structure,moderate ethylene content and high ENB content. By these features,the sponge glue formation with special requirements can be obtained.Successful applications of K7341A formations in auto sponge glues,connector glues and its outstanding future are also introduced.
