摘要
针对汽车用油封金属骨架与氟胶进行二段硫化时金属外露面某些部位出现的一层不均匀、致密的银白色膜层,进而导致产品外观不佳而成为废品的问题,分析了生产过程中金属表面出现这种白斑缺陷的原因,找出了解决问题的方法。
This paper presents the appearance failure of oil seal metal-frame which comes from non-uniformity silver white film on exposed parts of metal frame during 2-segment sulfuration between frame and fluorine adhesive,and some analysis about white spot,causes and solution to problem has been carried out.
