摘要
目的 探讨加味生脉散对血管内皮功能障碍患者 (具有冠心病危险因素 )再灌注治疗中微血管完整性的保护作用。方法 利用高分辨力超声检测血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的改变 ,随机取 6 0例血管内皮功能障碍患者 ,给予口服生脉散 ,2 d ,3个月后进行前后检测比较 ,同时对血脂结果进行前后对比。结果 经过 3个月治疗 ,患者胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)较治疗前明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗后肱动脉的血管内皮依赖性舒张功能较治疗前亦明显改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,其血流量较治疗前明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 加味生脉散在降低血脂的同时可以改善损伤的血管内皮功能 ,可成为血管内皮功能障碍患者再灌注治疗中微血管完整性的保护药。
Objective To study on the protective action for the completeness of the blood vessels of the patients suffering from the blood vessel endothelium dysfunction (having the dangerous factor of coronary heart disease ) during the re-per-fusion treatment with supplemented pulse-activating powder. Methods Utilize high definition ultrasonic wave was used to find out the changes of the anaclitic function of the blood vessel endothelium ,randomly selecting 60 patients suffering from blood vessel endothelium dysfunction, giving pulse-activating powders to the patients for oral taking twice a day,making examination and comparison after 3 months of taking the powders, meanwhile, making comparison between the blood -lipid results before and after taking the powder. Results After 3 months of treatment,the cholesterin(TC),triglyceride (TG) ,high density lipoprotein-cholesterin (ADL-C ),low density lipoprotein-cholesterin (LDL-C) of the patients were respectively (5.27±0.98)mmol/L, (1.40±0.19)mmol/L, (2.01±0.65)mmol/L, (1.61±0.95)mmol/L, which were obviously improved in comparison with those before the treatment (6.38±1.25)mmol/L,(1.76±0.28)mmol/L,(1.38±0.81)mmol/L,(4.02±1.39)mmol/L, the difference was significant(P<0.05);the anaclitic diastolic function of the blood vessel endothelium of the bruchial artery after the treatment (11.03±3.45)% was obviously improved in compared with that (4.20±1.56)% before the treatment (P<0.01) ,the volume of blood flow (382.5±239.6)% was obviously increased in comparison with that (238.9±141.2)% before the treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Supple-mented pulse-activating powder can improve the endothelium function of the damaged blood vessel while reducing the blood-lipid ,it is possible that this powder can become a protective medicine for the completeness of the blood vessels of the patients suffering from blood vessel endothelium dysfunction during the re-perfusion treatment.
