摘要
目的 :探索突发性事件对民众心态的影响机制 ,了解不同文化背景民众心态变化的规律 .方法 :采用《“非典”心态调查表》对广州、北京、西安地区 2 0多种不同职业 8775名公众进行问卷调查 .结果 :在SARS疫情流行期间 ,77 0 %的人把“获取信息”作为应对突发事件的有效措施 ,不同文化背景人群对信息需求程度不同 ;认知模式表现为受教育程度越高 ,越倾向于对突发事件的综合认知 ;不同文化背景人群对突发事件的态度存在明显分歧 (χ2 =2 79 196 ,P <0 0 0 1) ;不同文化背景人群对尽快控制突发事件的心理期待水平存在显著差异 (χ2 =83 2 77,P <0 0 0 1) .结论 :信息是突发性事件中影响民众心态变化的主要因素 ,突发事件对不同文化背景群体产生的影响存在差异 .
AIM: To investigate the psychological impact brought by the emergency and to find out the norm of psychosocial status of people with different educational background. METHODS: SARS psychosocial status questionnaire was administered to 8775 people of more than 20 different occupations in Guangzhou, Beijing and Xi'an. RESULTS: 77.0% of them took information acquiring as an effective measure in coping with emergency during the SARS outbreak, but people with different educational levels tended to have different requirement to information. The higher the educational levels, the more consistent with the cognitive models. Social attitude and mental expectation were also different in people with different educational levels. CONCLUSION: Information is the main influencing factor for the public in face of emergency. There is difference of the influence in people with different educational levels.
