摘要
讨论了整体护理观及其相关理论 ,提出整体护理观是与新医学模式相适应的护理模式。整体护理观对护理专业实践的指导作用 ,在于用整体的观念认识人、环境、健康和护理。护理程序是有利于贯彻整体护理观念的科学的工作方法。提出应注意不要混淆整体护理观与护理工作分工方式 ;整体护理观应体现在所有的护理活动中 ,而不拘泥于何时、何地、何种分工方式 ;应成为护士的自觉的行为方式 ;应从学校教育开始 ,培养学生形成整体护理观。
the article discussed the concept of holistic nursing and the theories related to it, suggested that holistic nursing was a nursing model which was very close to the biopsychosocial medical model. The view of holistic nursing guided professional nursing practice through the holistic recognition and explanation of person, environment, health and nursing. The nursing process was a scientific method which facilitated the integration of holistic view into nursing activities. Holistic nursing should be incorporated in all the nursing activities no matter where and when they occurred, and which should not be confused with the ways of job allocation in clinical settings.
