摘要
目的寻找临床上治疗尖锐湿疣及减少复发的行之有效的治疗方法。方法对118例尖锐湿疣随机分为A、B、C3组。A组36例采用CO2激光治疗,B组42例采用CO2激光联合中药外洗治疗,C组40例采用CO2激光局部注射干扰素治疗。结果A组36例痊愈20例,痊愈率为56%,未愈16例。B组42例痊愈34例,痊愈率为81%,未愈8例。C组40例痊愈31例,痊愈率为78%,未愈9例。结论经t检验B组与C组无显著性差异,但明显较A组优越,CO2激光联合中药外洗治疗尖锐湿疣临床效果比较显著。
OBJECTIVE To investigate on the methods of therapy in patients with condyoma acuminata.METHODS 118 cases were divided into A,B,C three groups and therapy by CO2 laser、TCM、and CO2 laser combined interferon γ.RESULTS The cured rates in A、B、C three groups were 56%,81%and 78%.CONCLUSIONS The efficacy of CO2 laser combined with TCM in treatment of resistant CA was specific.
