摘要
目的 :观察刮痧疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效 ,以探索腰椎间盘突出症新的治疗方法及其治疗机制。方法 :将 2 40例腰椎间盘突出症患者分成两组 ,治疗组 1 60例采用刮痧疗法 ,对照组采用临床常用针灸疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症 ,观察两组治疗前后主要症状、体征的变化及其安全性。结果 :刮痧疗法组疗效明显优于针灸疗法组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,刮痧疗法组治疗腰腿痛疗效明显优于针灸疗法组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,治疗下肢放射痛疗效无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,未见有明显的不良反应。结论 :通过两疗法对比观察 ,发现刮痧和针灸疗法均为治疗腰椎间盘突出症有效的保守疗法 ,在改善腰腿痛症状上刮痧疗法效果优于针灸疗法。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the coin scraping therapy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:240 patients with LDH were treated, in which 160 patients used the coin scraping therapy (as therapeutic group) and the others used acupuncture and moxibustion (as control group). The changes of symptom, physical sign and the coin scraping therapy safety of all patients were analyzed. Results:The effect of therapeutic group was significant difference from control group after the treatment (P<0.05). Improvement of ache in therapeutic group was better than control group (P<0.05). But there were not difference between two groups on lower limb numb (P>0.05). It can not be find dangerous.Conclusions:Both of the coin scraping therapy and acupuncture- moxibustion therapy are effective way for the LDH , the coin scraping is better than acupuncture- moxibustion therapy on improving pain.
