摘要
目的 探讨睾丸精原细胞瘤的二维及彩色多普勒超声声像图特征。方法 综合分析经病理证实的 2 8例睾丸精原细胞瘤声像图的形态和血流信号特征。结果 睾丸精原细胞瘤多表现为局限性低回声 ,瘤体内血流信号丰富 ,形态不规则 ,多呈分支状。 10例分支样肿瘤血管中均可检测出阻力指数小于 0 .5的血管 ,且其阻力指数从主干到末梢逐级增加。结论 睾丸精原细胞瘤的二维及彩色多普勒超声声像图表现有一定特征性 。
Objective To study the features of testicular seminoma in 2D and color Doppler ultrasonography. Methods Total 28 cases of testicular seminoma were studied about morphological features and blood flow by 2D and color Doppler ultrasonography. Results The ultrasonography showed that a majority of tumors were focal hypoechoic lesions with abundant irregular branch blood flow signals. Resistance index (RI) of the tumor vessels under 0.5 was found in 10 cases that were hypervascular with irregular branch type, and RI was little by little increased from the trunk to the end in every case. Conclusion The features of testicular seminoma in 2D and color Doppler ultrasonography are valuable to diagnosis and differential diagnosis. [
