摘要
目的 探讨高频超声成像在组织定征中的应用。方法 用高频超声对猪的肝脏组织进行了成像和组织定征的研究 ,分析了正常和病变肝组织的图像和声参量的差异。结果 高频背向散射系数较声速、声衰减更能反映组织结构的变化 ,高频超声图像具有高的分辨率。
Objective To study the application of high frequency ultrasonic imaging in tissue characterization. Methods The ultrasonic imaging and tissue characterization for porcine hepatic tissue were studied by using high frequency ultrasound. The imaging and sound parameters for normal and pathological porcine hepatic tissues were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with sound velocity and attenuation, the backscatter coefficient could reflect the structural change of biological tissue. The high frequency ultrasound imaging has high resolution. Conclusion The high frequency ultrasonic imaging is a useful approach for tissue characterization. [
