摘要
为保证齿轮副的正常工作,应在齿面之间留有最小侧隙。确定齿轮副最小侧隙可用设计法和经验法。通过比较,经验法易于使用,效果良好,本文推荐一般工况下的最小侧隙值。介绍齿厚偏差与公法线平均长度偏差的计算。为便于计算,简介了应用计算机进行自动计算的方法。
Minimum backlash should be provided between two adjacent teeth flanks, to ensure normal operation of a pair of gears. The value of minimum backlash can either be obtained through calculation or on the base of experience. But the later is simplier and effective. This paper suggests preferable values of minimum backlash for ordinary work conditions and introduces the calculation of the deviation of the average base tangent length as well as tooth thickness. A brief presentation of calculation using computer is also included.
