摘要 本文分析斗式提升机的理论卸料过程,斗速为0.3~0.8m/s时适于重力式卸料,离心式卸料的斗速可达5m/s。本文介绍用6种斗型对6种不同物料进行卸料过程实测情况。归纳不同物料、不同斗型对卸料过程的影响,并作出各种情况下卸料效率与斗速的关系曲线。 Discharge process of bucket elevator is theoretically analysed. Gravitational discharge is appropriate for bucket speed in the range of 0.3—0.8m/s. For centrifugal discharge, the bucket speed can be as high as 5 m/s. Experiments have been carried out to investigate discharge process of 6 different materials from 6 different types of buckets. The effect of different materials and different bucket types on the discharge process is summed up. Different curves are drawn to show the relations between discharge efficiency and bucket speed under various circumstances.
