摘要
本文研究悬浮液内各粒度元之间相互作用的方法。从研究悬浮液的微观流变性质与悬浮液的宏观粘滞性质之间的关系入手,在理论上建立解析这一相互作用的数学关系,进而来研究悬浮液的流变性。根据该理论,可以很方便地对多粒度(多元)悬浮液的粘滞性质进行优化。该理论的另一个重要性,在于它可以方便地预测在任意固体浓度下,悬浮液系统粘度的下限值。
This paper discusses a method for studying interaction of particles in the suspension. The relationship between the micro-and marcro-rheology of suspension is studied. Then, the rheology of suspension is investigated by establishing a mathematic formula to solve the interaction theoretically. It is very easy to optimize the rheology of muti-size (multi-element) suspension by using this theory. The other important feature of this theory is that the lower limit of viscosity of suspension in any solid concentration can be predicted easily by this method.
