摘要
本文阐述了煤矿井下低压电网实行快速断电安全技术的必要性,研究分析了电气故障快速取样和大功率半导体快速开关技术,介绍了全断电时间小于3.5ms的KSGBY-100/6矿用隔爆型快速断电移动变电站的研制成果。
This paper describes the necessity of adopting a safety technique for rapid interruption of faults in a low voltage underground power system. The paper studies the method for rapid sampling of electrical faults, and the key technique for a powerful solid-state breaker.The paper introduces KSGBY-100/6 flameproof mobile substation with a breaker for mine use,which can be turned off within 3.5 ms as an electrical fault takes place.
