摘要
通过模拟斗式提升机设备对几种不同物料进行挖取阻力的测试,归纳出:各种物料的挖取阴力都是随斗速的增大而加大;料斗充填系数是随斗速的增大而减小;斗速一定时,挖取阻力随物料的密度及其块度的增大而加大。为使挖取单位物料所需的功为最小值,通过试验提出了对不同物料的合理挖取速度。
The scooping resistance of bucket elevator for various materials measured in test lead to the conclusion, that the scooping resistance for all kinds of materials increases as the bucket speed increases and the coefficient of fullness of elevator buckets decreases with the increase of bucket speed. For a given bucket speed, the scooping resistance rises as the density of the material and the lumpiness of the material increases. Based upon experiments, optimum scooping speeds are proposed for various kinds of materials in order to minimize the necessary work to be done to scoop up a unit quantity of material.
