摘要
本文介绍门式起重机金属结构优化设计数学模型的改进,使整机性能(包括使用性能、技术指标)得以提高。文章提出了一种新的处理离散变量的优化方法,可以简便而有效地解决离散值圆整及结果依赖于初始值的难题,使优化结果更准确、可靠。
Improved mathematical model is introduced in optimal design of metal construction for 'A' shaped gantry crane, which results in improved machine performance as a whole,including operational and technical characteristics. A new optimization method to treat the discrete variables more effectively is proposed, by which results of optimization can be rounded to discrete values and no longer depend on initial values of variables, thus the results are more accurate and reliable.
