摘要
采用同步辐射小角X光散射研究了聚氧化乙烯(PEO)淬火后逐步升温过程中的片晶有序化。在50℃前,PEO片晶内进行构象调整,其附近区域结晶出现局部有序化;在50℃后,PEO本体内出现了片晶增厚、晶区融合和无定形区的结晶等一系列整体有序化过程。虽然PEO的部分薄片晶熔融消失,但厚的片晶的形成和生长占有优势,PEO的结晶度增加。本研究表明温度对PEO片晶的有序化过程起到了决定性的作用。
Synchrotron small-angle X-ray scattering was used to investigate the ordering of quenched poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) samples when they were heated up from room temperature to the melting point. At the temperature below 50℃, a local ordering involves the change of chain conformation in the lamellae and crystallization in the vicinity of lamellae of the areas between lamellae; while upon 50℃, a cooperative ordering occurs which includes PEO chains in disorder state crystallizing, larnellae thickening and coupling of them. While the samples were heated up to 58℃, the thin lamellae melt and then recrystallize into thick lamellae, giving rise to an increase of crystallinity.
