摘要
桥式起重机是工矿企业应用最普遍的起重设备,它的作业特点是各机构频繁地加速和减速,使桥架结构产生不停的振动。桥架结构的动特性对整台设备的性能影响很大,影响到结构的动强度、动刚度、传动机构的运动精度以及司机的舒适感等等。本文介绍利用有限元法对结构进行的动特性分析。
Overhead travelling crane is the most popular lifting appliance used in industries and enterprises. Its specific features of operation involve frequent acceleration and deceleration of mechanisms, which causes continuous vibration of bridge structure. The dynamic characteristics of bridge structure has great influence on dynamic strength, dynamic stiffness of structure, precision of movement of transmission, operator's comfort, as well as performance of whole equipment. Here we analyses the dynamic characteristics of such structures with finite element method.
