摘要
本文选用Powell法对现有锥形转子电动机进行优化设计,并按其优化结果制作了样机,取得了较为满意的结果。文中还讨论了目标函数与优化结果的关系,分析了硅钢片单价、铜线单价变动对优化方案的影响,具有实用意义。
Powell method is chosen for optimal design of currently available electric motor with conical rotor. A prototype which was made in accordance with the results of optimization shows quite satisfactory performance. This paper also discusses the relationship between objective function and the result of optimization. The impact of unit price variation of silicon steel plate and cooper wire on optimal design is analysed, which is meaningful for practical application.
