摘要
本文根据HXL-1000型牙用自攻自断螺纹固位钉临床应用中所遇到的固位强度问题,设计研究固位钉固位牢度测试系统,用该系统对三组牙体固位钉进行了钉体拉出实验研究。测试分析结果表明,直径φ=0.7mm钉体的拉断力均大于钉体在牙本质中握裹力。钉体在牙本质中拉出的力在67牛顿至222牛顿范围内,平均为142牛顿。部分牙体试件受拉时牙体碎断而破坏,只得到最大拉断力,说明钉体的抗拉出力一定大于牙体碎断时的最大拉力。
On the basis of the problem of location strength of HXL' ?1000 type self ?striking and self梑reaking dental screwnail.we design a kind of test system to examine the firm degree of location scrwnail. the system is used to carry out experimental study by pulling out the screwnail ?body from in vitro dead and fresh pulp dental body. According to the experimental results, we come to the following conclusions:1). The force of diameter = 0. 7mm lo-cation screwnail's pulled out from dental body is about between 67N and 222N the mean is 142N.2). The firm degree of location screwnail decreases by 20% in fresh dental body over that in dead.3). The distance between 0 = 0. 7mm location screwnails should keep greater than 4mm.
