恶性肿瘤的转移机制仍是一个谜。曾经有两种学说，即解剖-机械(AnatomicalMech anical)学说和种子-土壤(Seed—soil学说。解剖-机械学说认为，瘤细咆的转移是随血流或淋巴流运动，在其最先到达脏器的毛细血管(或淋巴结)发生机械性滞留，
