Development of Bolting Technology for Roadway in Seam

摘要 总结煤巷锚杆支护技术管理经验,从矿区煤系、煤层和地质条件入手,论证锚杆支护机理和可靠性。分析锚杆支护方式、支护结构及支护参数的选择依据,提出今后技术攻关方向及目标。 In the year of 1992, the roadway supported with bolt system in my mining Administration had a total length of 55712 m which was taking 31% of the total length of 179, 716 m. In this case, it had saved 12997 t of steel materials and reduced the capital investment of RMB 24. 97 million Yuan. The bolt support system had met the requirements of the coal production. After the excavation of the roadway in seam, the surrounding rocks became loosen with stress concentration. After bolted, the rocks were bound and reinforced into combined beam and reinforced arch which could effectively hold the breaking roof and two sides. According to the geological features in each mine, there were three support systems appilied, such as a bolt support system, a combined bolt, metal net and beam support system and a combined bolt and beam suport system. As for the bolt systems, there were slotted bolt, resin bolt and cement bolt for roof bolting and there were bamboo bolt and expansion bolt for side bolting. The bolt plate is made of wood or steel material. The wire net is made of No. 8 or No. 10 wire. Also there is a plastic net. The roadway in seam was excavated with a smooth surface blasting and then enlarged along the smooth surface. With a serious control of an unspported roof distance and a timely temoporary suport, a quality bolting and safety operation can be obtained.
